Our staff has over 35 years of combined sign and graphics experience. Pictured here are our lead staff members - Mike McBride, Nicole Schoepflin, and company owner, Hugh Ashcraft. Mike has worked with First Choice Signs since year one. In his spare time, Mike builds huge 13ft. tall guitars (that actually play!), and works on his collection of classic cars. Nicole has collaborated with Hugh since 1995 and also creates illuminated multi-media wall sculptures in her home studio. Before opening First Choice Signs in 1998, Hugh worked in digital imaging and was also the owner/operator of a successful record store in Charlotte for 15 years.
